How to crack the password of an admin account with the access of another admin account?:
Step 1:open the command prompt application from the start menu
Step 2:type "net user soper"without quotes where soper determines the name of the password protected user account as given in  the image.
Step 3:now you must get a successful  message as result.
Step 4:now type "net user soper (shift+8)" which would give you a * as result as given in the image  below




Step 5:now you would  get a result reading that you can change thee password of the admin account you entered above.
Step 6:change the  password and confirm it
Step 7: if the last step is unsuccesful,run the program with the administrator option and be happpy
